4. Payments and Cancellations

All payments for classes, memberships, and workshops are processed securely. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled class time to receive a full refund or class credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class fee or credit.
• Workshops & Events: Cancellation policies for workshops and events vary and will be specified at the time of booking.
• Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable. Memberships can be frozen or terminated according to the terms outlined in your specific membership agreement.
